Giuseppe, I have to tell you – you did an AMAZING job on this one. This deal was DEAD on Friday – which was our closing date. I told the agent she was moving the loan to you or it was going back on the market that day. Well….miracles do happen….you got it approved and we are funding on Wednesday – only 3 business days later. This property had fallen out of escrow twice before – this was our third buyer and frankly if we hadn’t closed, the seller would have cancelled the listing. So I owe you a big Thank You! PS – my seller was flabbergasted that we got the deal done.
