The Correct Process for Refinancing

1. I need to see your most current mortgage statement(s) and at least one pay stub in order to complete an accurate analysis.  Without these, I would just be guessing, and cannot provide our Fairway Accurate Refinance Breakdown.  Plus, I hate it more than you do when the numbers change.  In reviewing these documents, we can determine whether we can and should refinance your loan. 

2. After reviewing and analyzing your needs & qualifications, we will present you with the best solution after we confirm that the loan is approvable, by using our automated approval system.

3. We will review a Fairway Accurate Refinance Breakdown with you and get your commitment to move forward.   

4. We will need to get either a Master Card or Visa number for a $525.00 appraisal deposit, so that we can commence working on your loan. 

5. We will electronically send a completed loan application package for your signatures, and request any additional documents we will need to secure a loan approval.

6. The signed application and all required documentation are turned in to underwriting, and an appraisal, title work, payoffs, and insurance are ordered. 

7. Once everything is received, a live underwriter reviews the file.  We will be contacting you if we should need any additional documentation requested by the underwriters.

8. Your loan is sent to our closing department where your closing documents are prepared.

9. Prior to closing you will receive a call from us to review your final numbers.

10.  You will come to your closing at our office to sign your closing papers, or our title company can come to you.  Your choice!
